Bugs Fixed!

Hey everyone! I've decided to fix these little bugs and add a few things to the game to enhance your gaming experience:

- Bug fix: Players won't get stuck with the Lava Elemental at the beginning of the game (unless you don't move left or right and press [S] to go down, as originally planned).

- Now there's a Pause button or [ESC] shortcut to pause the game. 

- Added a short but necessary animation when the game starts so the player can see the actual enemy (it's not a spider, haha).
